Shah Rukh Khan is winning hearts again not with his onscreen roles but for his philantrophic activities. After announcing a slew of initiatives and monetary contribution to several relief funds working for the distressed during the Coronavirus lockdown and for better the medical facilities, the 'Badshah' actor has given his four story office to set up a quarantine facility .
Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) confirmed the news on Twitter, thanking Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan for their help in expanding their quarantine facilities for children, women and elderly. "#StrongerTogether We thank @iamsrk & @gaurikhan for offering their 4-storey personal office space to help expand our Quarantine capacity equipped with essentials for quarantined children, women & elderly. Indeed a thoughtful & timely gesture! #AnythingForMumbai #NaToCorona," read the tweet.

SRK through his four companies that includes his production house, Red Chillies Entertainment and Red Chillies VFX, IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders, NGO, Meer Foundation has announced a series of initiatives to make contributions towards variors state and centre relief funds. The companies will initially focus in three metros from where it primarily operates that are Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi. His companiees will give out 50,000 personal protective equipments to Maharashtra and West Bengal governments and prepare 2,000 cooked meals for household and hospitals that need them.

Appreciating his help Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Maharashtra minister Aaditya Thackery had thanked the actor. To which SRK humbly responded that he would continue to help for his brothers and sisters in Delhi and Mumbai.
