Shah Rukh Khan is all set to make a comeback to the big screen after a gap of one and a half year with Zero. The much-awaited trailer of the movie is all set to release on November 2, which is Shah Rukh Khan's birthday.

While the trailer is eagerly awaited and fans are expecting that the movie will take Shah Rukh Khan back to the top, Here’s another happy news for all SRK fans.

Shah Rukh Khan is all set to put on an Astronaut’s suit for Rakesh Sharma biopic titled Saare Jahaan Se Achcha. Before Saare Jahaan Se Achcha, the movie was reportedly titled Salute. Ronnie Screwvala confirmed that Shah Rukh Khan will star in the film. However, Ronnie maintained that an official announcement will be made soon.

Talking further about the film, he said, It (The script) has been with us for quite a long time. The film will go on floors early next year. We will make an official announcement soon”, said a report in Indian Express.

In case you don’t know about Rakesh Sharma, here’s a brief account. Rakesh Sharma was India’s first astronaut sent to space. He spent eight days in space on board the Salyut 7 space station (Soviet/Russian). He joined two other Soviet cosmonauts aboard the Soyuz T-11 spacecraft which blasted off on April 2, 1984.

Rakesh Sharma immortalised himself in Indian History and made his way into many Indians hearts by his answer to the then PM Indira Gandhi’s question on how India looked from outer space. He replied “Saare Jahan Se Achha” (The Best in the World). Hence, the title of the movie! That was also a proud moment for millions of Indian TV viewers who watched India become the 14th nation to send a man to outer space.

‘Zero’, that is SRK’s most ambitious project yet, was reportedly made on a budget of Rs 200 crore, with the distribution rights allegedly sold for an estimated Rs 100 crore.

The film which also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in significant roles will feature SRK as a dwarf. 'Zero' which is helmed by Aanand L Rai is scheduled to release on December 21, 2018.
