Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is expected to attend the 60th San Francisco International Film Festival, the actor tweeted on Friday.

Shah Rukh's friend and filmmaker Brett Ratner is a part of RatPac- Dune Entertainment, one of SanFrancisco's established film production and finance companies.
The event, which is known as one of the oldest festivals of America, will be held at Castro Theatre on April 5.

According to a report, "The Green Fog" a San Francisco Fantasia, a new collage film helmed by Guy Maddin will be the first film to be screened at the festival.
On the work front, the 'King Khan' is busy shooting for his upcoming film with Anushka Sharma. The film, directed by Imtiaz Ali, is expected to hit the silver screen on August 11.
