Shah Rukh Khan who was last seen in Rahul Dholakia's action drama 'Raees', now gets into yet another trouble as latest media report suggests that the superstar may soon be charged with 'causing death' for the tragic death of a man amid promotion of his last release 'Raees'.
Yes! It seems like King Khan may face fresh new trouble as Deputy Superintendent of Police (Western Railway) Tarun Barot submitted a report saying due to carelessness of the B-town star a man lost his life amid promotional event of Mahira Khan starrer.
Ahead of the release of Rahul Dholakia's action drama 'Raees', SRK had chosen train over flight and undertaken a railway journey from Mumbai to Delhi for the promotional tour.
As hearts of million were hell like crazy to catch a single glimpse of the B-town fame, a man namely Farid Khan Pathan died of heart attack being suffocated and trapped into that chaos.
Though Farid's family has no such complain aganist Shah Rukh, Deputy Superintendent raised his voice against and said the incident would not have occured if a extra care would have taken by the actor.
According to latest media reports, King Khan may soon be "booked under IPC section 304a2 (causing death due to negligence) and sections of the Railway Act in a case of stampede and chaos at Vadodara railway station on January 23"

The report submitted by Barot says, "If Shah Rukh Khan had not thrown T-shirts, balls and other things towards the public, then such an incident would not have occurred, thus owner of Excel Entertainment Pvt Ltd Mumbai and film actor Shah Rukh Khan should be booked under the IPC sections 279 (rash and negligent act), 336 (act endangering life or personal safety of others), 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others), 338 (causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others), 304a2 (causing death by negligence) and sections of Railway Act 145,152,175 and 179".
