Reports have it that Shah Rukh has another surprise element in his upcoming flick, Zero. Well, Sridevi shot a beautiful song sequence before her demise for SRK’s Zero. The song has Sridevi sharing the screen space with Karisma Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, where she reportedly played herself in a party sequence.
In an exclusive chat with News Nation, Manoj Desai, film maker of Khuda Gawah, put a pause to speculations around the song starring the glittery-eyed diva, Sridevi.
Desai said that Sridevi’s song ‘Tu Mujhe Qubool’ from 90’s block buster Khuda Gawah will be reprised for SRK’s Zero.
Spilling beans on how SRK approached the director for the song, Desai said, “Shah Rukh wanted to use the song ‘Tu Mujhe Qubool’ for his movie Zero. SRK even offered me money for the rights of the song, but I denied. Since, Sridevi was like a sister to me. So, if SRK uses her song for his film, I’ll be more than happy.”

SRK is going to make the audiences wait for it as he’ll not drop the song before the film’s release. SRK wants audience to watch the song only at the theatres.

Zero is directed by Aanand L Rai, stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma along with SRK and is set to hit the big screen on December 21.
