Shah Rukh Khan got the tinselvile buzzing after he was roped in for filmmaker Anand L Rai's upcoming movie in which the superstar will play the role of a dwarf. Indeed, it was touted as a brave move by the actor who is known for his dauntless career choices. However, soon the speculations got rife about how SRK will portray a dwarf on the big screen.
According to the media reports, VFX will be playing a major role in Khan's appearance as a dwarf
A source reportedly told DNA, “Wherever Shah Rukh Khan will shoot his scenes, there will be holes drilled on the platform into which the actor will get in. It is done to keep his height true to the script demand. His look will be a mix of VFX and props. It is used in the West and will now be put to use in this film as well."
Certainly, the movie will require high end VFX effects to the role perfect given that King Khan has a knee proble. This will reportedly have an impact on the movie's budget.
“The budget of this film is around Rs 150-160 crore. It’s also because of the heavy special effects that will be used in the film. Shah Rukh is also trying to get international special effects experts to work with his Red Chillies VFX team for the film,” the source added.
Well, looks like Shah Rukh doesn't want to take up any risks for his role in this Anand L Rai directorial.
Interestingly, the movie also features Anushka Sharma in the role of a specially abled girl, along with Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif in cameos.
