Shilpa Shetty and Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor Salman Khan have shared the silver screen in many movies, including, Dus, Garv: Pride and Honour, Auzaar, Phir Milenge and Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar among others. And hence it is rather instinctive that they share a brilliant chemistry with each other. The rapport between the two has always been a friendly one.

Despite the clearly visible friendly quotient, the showbiz rumour mills does not spare anyone. There were rumours floating then, that the two were allegedly dating each other. Although neither of the two confronted the issue back then, Shilpa has finally given her stand on their relationship status.
In an interview with a daily newspaper, the actor shared that it was nothing more than a friendship. She also added that Salman would, in fact, come to her house at midnight and if she was asleep by then, he used to share a drink or two with her dad. The actor quoted, “We didn’t go out on a date as such. In those days, actors shared a great camaraderie.”

The Bollywood diva mentioned that Salman is a very humble, loving and grounded human being. She reminisced the time of his father’s demise and said, “I remember, when my dad passed away, Salman came home, went straight to the bar table, laid his head down on it and cried.”

On the work front, Shilpa is busy with the first reality dating show ‘Hear Me. Love Me.’, which started on September 28. The characteristics of this show will be the cliffhanger hanging over the contestants. One woman will have to choose one of the three blind dates at the end of an episode. Now, to make it more interesting, the woman will not be able to see the men’s faces but despite the limitation, they will be hooked up with a point-of-view camera. This clip will be shared with the beloved woman while she judges the personality of respective men using the footage.
