Shiney Ahuja, who started off with a very promising start in the B-town with hits like Gangster, Woh Lamhe might have vanished from the face of the earth after his maid accused of rape in 2009, but will be risen from his downfall with a ‘biopic’? Deccan Chronicle now reports that producer Kumar Mangat is planning to make a biopic on Shiney. The producer has however reported having denied laying out the carpet for the biopic, although many assume his denial as keeping the biopic-in-the making from the view of the public eye, "The producer has not got Shiney Ahuja's consent to make the film. He is, therefore, keeping it under wraps," the insider revealed.
The actor made his acting debut with Sudhir Mishra's Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, after which he went on to appear in movies alongside Akshay Kumar in Bhool Bhulaiyaa or the critically acclaimed Anurag Basu's Life in the Metro. In 2009, his maid allegedly accused the actor of making unwanted advances towards her but was ultimately out on bail in 2011. He last made a comeback in 2015 of Anees Bazmee's Welcome Back and since then have not announced any projects lined up until recently.
