Sonam Kapoor who is known for sartorial fashion choices and tongue-in-cheek posts in Twitter, recently complained about cab-service provider Uber, calling her recent drive in London, ‘the scariest experience’. She even asked her followers on Twitter to be careful and asked then to opt for local public transport over Uber cabs.
In her post Sonam Kapoor wrote, “Hey guys I’ve had the scariest experience with @Uber london. Please please be careful. The best and safest is just to use the local public transportation or cabs. I’m super shaken.” In a follow up tweet, giving details about her scray experience Sonam claimed that the driver was ‘unstable’ and yelling and shouting all through the trip.

Meanwhile Uber replying to the post said that ‘to respect the privacy of all users’ the account holder should reach out to them by filling a form.’

When British Airways misplaced Sonam’s bags twice in a month
Sonam has been facing some tough times in London, where her husband Anand Ahuja resides and operates his fashion line business. In another Twitter post recently complained about her bitter experience with British Airways. Ashe claimed that airline service provier misplaced her luggage twice in one month. Sonam tweeted: “This is the third time ive travelled @British_Airways this month and the second time they’ve lost my bags. I think I’ve learnt my lesson. I’m never flying @British_Airways again.”

The airline immediately followed up on the matter. They commented: “We’re sorry to hear about the delay to your luggage, Sonam. Have you been provided with a tracking reference when informed at the airport?” The actress accused the airline of “terrible mismanagement” and replied: “Yes all that is done. But it is a massive inconvenience. You guys need to step up. It’s terrible service and terrible mismanagement.”

The airline apologised for their mistake and wrote: “We can only offer our sincere apologies, Sonam. Please be assured we’re working to reunite you with your bag as quickly as possible.”
