Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety is proving to be a blockbuster at the domestic box office. The Kartik Aaryan and Nushrat Bharucha starrer has wooed the audience with its rib-tickling comedy ever since it was released on February 23.
The romantic comedy which also stars Sunny Singh has emerged as one of the sleeper hits of the year. The movie opened with a thunderous response and minted Rs 6.42 crore on the very first day.
The Luv Ranjan directorial became the third best opener of 2018 after Padmaavat and PadMan. The flick is yet to slow down at the box office and has collected Rs 2.49 crore to take its total tally to 75.71 crore.
Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the box office collection of the film on Twitter.

The masala entertained raked in Rs 45.94 crore in the first week while it earned Rs 29.77 crore in the second week making it a super duper hit.
The success of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety proves that even small budget films with good actors and strong story can do wonders at box office. The movie is maintaining its hold despite competition from Anushka Sharma starrer Pari and Sidharth Malhotra’s Aiyaary.
