Kartik Aaryan and Nushrat Bharucha starrer Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety has been roaring at the box office ever since it was released on February 23. The Luv Ranjan directorial has managed to woo the audience with its rib-tickling comedy and it is already reflecting in its box office.
The romantic comedy opened with a positive not and collected Rs 6.42 crore on the very first day. The flick became the third highest opener of the year after Deepika Padukone starrer Padmaavat and Akshay Kumar’s PadMan.
The film which also stars Sunny Singh is in mood to slow down even after completing three weeks at the box office. The masala entertainer added another Rs 1.76 crore to its kitty on Wednesday to take the total domestic collection to Rs 92.17 crore.
Bollywood trade analyst and critic Taran Adarsh shared the box office report of the film on Twitter.

Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety has now set its eyes on entering the coveted Rs 100 crore club. The movie has already emerged as the second highest grosser of Bollywood in 2018 beating PadMan which collected Rs 81 crore.
Trade pundits were excepting the film to have a total lifetime business of Rs 40-50 crore but the rom-com surpassed all the expectations and earned Rs 45.94 crore within the first week. Interestingly, the songs of the film, be it ‘Dil Chori’ or ‘Bom Diggy Diggy’ are also topping the music charts.
The magic of Luv Ranjan, Kartik Aaryan and Nushrat Bharucha has worked once again at the box office. The dynamic trio had earlier collaborated for films like Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Akaash Vani and Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2.
