Director SS Rajamouli, who has become global phenomenon after creating the world of Baahubali is celebrating his 44th birth anniversary. Celebrities from south and hindi film industry greeted him on his special day.
Born in Raichur district in Karnataka in the year 1973, SS Rajamouli began his career as an assistant with editor Katagiri Venkateswara Rao.
His first directorial venture in film industry started with Jr NTR starring ‘Student No 1’ which was released in 2001. The movie went on to become a huge box-office success and since then there has been no looking back for the director.
In the early stage of his career, he made such an impression that he can only produce masala and commercial films. But, it wasn’t for long when made movies like Magadheera, Eega and the Baahubali series.
Recently, SS Rajamouli again received National Award for Akkineni Nageswara Rao, after having already received for Eega and Baahubali: The Beginning in the past
