Varun Dhawan has always managed to grab the limelight for his relationship with childhood sweetheart, Natasha Dalal. From lunch dates to exotic holidays – the lovebirds have been often spotted hanging out together. Since the last couple of months, rumours of them tying the knot have been making the headlines. And now if latest reports are to be believed, Varun and Natasha’s wedding has been perceived as the real reason behind the delay of his upcoming film, Street Dancer 3D.
According to an entertainment portal, the sources told an entertainment portal that the 'Kalank' actor has requested the director Remo D’Souza to shift it to next year. And the reason is his wedding with his ladylove Natasha in December 2019.
Varun and Natasha are reportedly expected to tie the knot in accordance with Hindu traditions over three days. They have apparently hired the same wedding planners that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas hired for their wedding in 2018.
On his relationship with her, Varun said on Karan Johar's chat show, "I’m with her (Natasha) because she has her own individuality, she has her own voice which is super strong with things she wants to do and things she wants to achieve in life. And, as her partner, that is something I want to support, you know. And, she has been so supportive where my career is concerned, always, from day one actually."
During the promotions of his last release, Kalank, Varun Dhawan had told Filmfare that his ladylove is his rock and his anchor. He was quoted as saying, ''She (Natasha) and I went to school together. So, she knows my parents for ages. She’s been attending functions with my parents before also but it wasn’t photographed then. She’s my rock, she’s my anchor. She’s the stabilising factor in my life. It’s pretty much like family.''
