Anushka Sharma, who has successfully completed her decade-long journey in Bollywood since her big debut in Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, has delivered many hit blockbusters. The actor has worked with many Bollywood A-listers including SRK, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Ranbir Kapoor, among others. Salman and Anushka’s 2016 release Sultan was a big hit and rumours suggest that the duo will be back together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next project.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Sultan saw the on-screen chemistry of Anushka and Salman. Both the actors portrayed the role of wrestlers in the film and during the shoot, the two actors became very good friends.

Earlier this year, the Ek Tha Tiger had confirmed his reunion with his Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam director. Anushka, on the other hand, has not yet signed any film and is considering to be a part of the director’s upcoming project, according to a report published in DNA. The article also mentioned that it was Salman who recommended the Pari actor for the role.

Anushka Sharma is currently sailing high with the promotions of her upcoming flick Zero. Zero presents the story of Bauua, a vertically challenged man essayed by Shah Rukh Khan. Set against the backdrop of Meerut, the film presents a unique as well as a rooted story. Bringing back the super hit trio of Shah Rukh KhanKatrina Kaif and Anushka, Zero offers interesting performances with an unconventional storyline. The Aanand L Rai directorial is set for December 21 release.

Salman, on the other hand, is busy with the shoot of his upcoming film Bharat co-starring Katrina Kaif. The actor is sporting five different looks spanning over a time period of 60 years. Bharat is based on the 2014 South Korean drama Ode to My Father. The Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial also features Nora Fatehi, Tabu and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles with Varun Dhawan in a cameo. It is slated for release on June 5, 2019
