Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30 has been leaked online by the piracy website Tamilrockers. The film was released on July 12 and has been doing a good business at the box office. Super 30 is based on the life of Patna-based mathematician Anand Kumar, who teaches underprivileged kids for free and helps them crack the IIT entrance exam.
This isn’t the first time a movie has been leaked online by the Tamilrockers. Earlier, films like Kabir Singh, Gully Boy, 2.0, Petta, Uri: The Surgical Strike, Manikarnika, Accidental Prime Minister and more also became the victim of piracy. This piracy website has been banned innumerable times. But, every time a new movie is leaked online, they come out with a different proxy server.
In recent times, it has been paying special attention to Hollywood films and shows. It has not only leaked the antihero flick Hellboy and horror film Pet Sematary, but also proceeded to upload the first episode of HBO’s wildly popular series Game of Thrones Season 8. Last year, the members of Film Federation of India had also requested the government to tighten security measures and to regulate piracy inside movie halls.
Coming back to Super 30, the film is based on the life of Patna-based mathematician Anand Kumar, who teaches underprivileged kids for free and helps them crack the IIT entrance exam. According to a report on Boxofficeindia.com, the second day collections of the film are around Rs 17-18 crore, which takes its total to Rs 30 crore.
Hrithik will next be seen with Tiger Shroff in Siddharth Anand's untitled film. The film, which is produced by Yash Raj Films, is set to hit the screens on October 2.
