Sushmita Sen, who is quite active on social media, recently announced that her brother Rajeev Sen is now engaged to his girlfriend Charu Asopa. The beautiful actress shared few photos of the couple on Instagram and wrote: "She said 'YES.' You're the luckiest guy in the world Raja bhaiya. Thank you for bringing this angel into our lives. Congratulations my sweethearts Charu and Rajeev."Â
Adding to the excitement about the engagement, Sushmita Sen further wrote in the caption: "Can't wait for the wedding. I will dance for both sides! I love you both beyond."
Charu commented on the post saying, "Love you so much didi" and to this, Sushmita replied, "I love you more. So happy you make us all... welcome to the family, shona!"Â
For those who don’t know, the two first met at a party and have been dating each other since then. A source had shared with a media portal, ''Yes, Charu and Rajeev are dating each other. Their relationship is very tender at this stage. Both of them are not ready to talk about their relationship in public as of now and are taking things slowly. They are really fond of each other. The two bumped at a party and got along like a house on fire.''
Earlier, Charu was dating her co-star, Neeraj Malviya of Mere Angne Mein. The two also got engaged on February 17, 2016, in Bhopal. However, they parted ways for some unknown reason.
Talking about her breakup, Charu had earlier shared, ''Neeraj and I called off our engagement due to some issues which are personal. As clarified by Neeraj, there are no tiffs over financial issues or other consequential matters. We are working on our relationship and if all things fall into place, we will get married on the date which has been decided. The venue and all the arrangements are still booked and nothing has been cancelled. Unnecessary rumours are doing nothing but adding fuel to the fire we are trying to put out.''
Meanwhile, Rajeev is an Indian model and an entrepreneur, whereas Charu Asopa is a T.V actress.Â
