Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s third, yet star-struck, wedding reception saw several Bollywood celebrities walk in, raising the glamour quotient exponentially. Among the invitees was a fighter couple, who stole the paparazzi's attention, as they posed adorning a bright smile for the camera. Badhaai Ho star Ayushmann Khurrana with his wife Tahira Kashyap, who is battling with breast cancer, graced the event in a ‘golden armour’.

Ayushmann on Sunday, took to his Instagram handle to share pictures of last night, with a caption that read, “Set to go the most happy couple’s celebration with the beautiful fighter in a golden armour. #TahiraKashyap.”
Tahira also shared a series of pictures from the reception night on her Instagram and wrote, “My heart was genuinely smiling being a part of such a gracious, good-looking couple’s @deepikapadukone and @ranveersingh happy moment. It is their special day but somehow they end up making others feel so remarkably good and special about themselves. God bless you both. Much love.”

While Tahira was draped in Leepakshi Ellawadi’s gorgeous golden silk saree paired with a full-sleeved blouse, the handsome dimple-smiled star looked dashing in a black tuxedo. Tahira had her hair tied in a bun and the Kundan earrings complemented her beauty.
Mother of two, Tahira had revealed about her diagnosis with “stage 0” breast cancer earlier this September and undergone a mastectomy procedure. So far the actor has undergone six sessions of chemotherapy. Tahira is now preparing for the next six sessions. The actor-turned-director took to her Instagram account to share her journey while battling cancer till now.

Posing in a trendy orange t-shirt that reads, “F##k Cancer” and a swagger cap, Tahira wrote, “That’s what you do when cancer shows up. You show it the way out! It is a tough phase to be in, but then I would have never known my own strength, which is inherent in each one of us, and which we come to know off when tested. Like I said before, let’s choose to be the heroes of our own drama of life.”

Ayushmann has proved himself to be a darling and supportive husband from time and again. The couple has been married since 2011 and has a 6-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter.
