After claims and counter claims on Tanushree Dutta-Nana Patekar controversy and several Bollywood actresses extending their support to Tanushree Dutta.  On Monday, this ongoing controversy got another development. The footage of Tanushree’s car being attacked and vandalised in 2008 is doing rounds on the internet, while she and her elderly parents were in it. The video that was posted earlier has now resurfaced due to the ongoing controversy.

Tanushree accused Nana Patekar of sending political party goons to intimidate her after she walked out of a special song sequence because of the actor's alleged inappropriate behaviour. Watch the video here:

In this video, Tanushree can be seen seated in a car, which was stopped by the mob. Her car's windshield and side windows were violently broken and an unidentified man was seen jumping on the roof of the car. After several minutes, policemen arrived at the studio and took charge, after which Tanushree was able to leave the studio, with police protection.

Earlier, in an interview to IANS, she recounted Nana's "misbehaviour" on the set. "He (Nana Patekar) called the MNS (Maharashtra Navnirman Sena) party to bash up my car. He was behind everything and was supported by Ganesh Acharya (choreographer)"

Adding up on revelations, Tanushree said that co-actors Irrfan Khan and Suniel Shetty stood up for her when Chocolate director (Vivek Agnihotri, whom she didn't name) allegedly instructed her to "take her clothes off and dance" for a scene.
