Farah Khan and Rohit Shetty has announced the remake of Amitabh Bachchan-Hema Malini cult movie Saate Pe Saate without revealing much about its star cast leading to much specualitions around it. after names of Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif did the rounds now Taare Zameen par actor Darshal Saffary and TV icon Nakuul Mehta has emmerged to plays the supporting charcaters in the movie
The actors are set to play two of Hrithik Roshan's brothers in the movie. The original movie that released in 1982 had Sachin Pilgaonkar, Shakti Kapoor, Paintal, Kanwaljeet Singh, Sudhir and Vikram Sahu playing Amitabh's brothers
Meanwhile, it was earlier reported that Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor and Kiara Advani's teams are trying to convince Farah Khan to cast these actors in Satte Pe Satta Remake
Safary made his film debut with the leading role of a student with learning disorder in Aamir Khan's directorial debut, the critically acclaimed drama Taare Zameen Par (2007), for which he won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor. In 2012, he participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (An Indian version of Dancing With The Stars) but was eliminated and came in 7th position
Nakuul Mehta on the other hand made his television debut in 2012 with the role of Aditya Kumar in Star Plus's Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara and was last seen in TRP topper show Ishqbaaz.
