Days after Shah Rukh Khan and son Aryan Khan was roped in to play Musafa and Simba, the game got real with the Hindi trailer of The Lion King. Stepping into James Earl Jones’ reprisal role, Shah Rukh Khan’s deep voiceover is perfect as the wise, advice-giving Musafa. Opening the lines with "Simba, main hamesha tumhare saath hoon aur hamesha tumhare saath rahoonga. Bas yaad rakhna ki tum kaun ho...Ek sachcha Raja’’ the voiceover of SRK opens with Mufasa telling baby Simba to remember that he is the true King.

Sharing the delightful news with his fans, Shah Rukh Khan took to Twitter to share the voiceover for the Hindi version of The Lion King, "Delighted to be a part of this global legacy. In Cinemas 19th July. Yaad Rakhna. #TheLionKing @disneyfilmindia". 

Other exciting voiceovers we are yet to get to listen for the all-time favourite Disney’s remake of The Lion King are Shah Aryan Khan as Simba, veteran actor and comic, Asrani as Zazu, Ashish Vidyarthi as Scar, Sanjay Mishra as Pumba and Shreyas Talpade as Timon.

Directed by Jon Favreau, who also earlier directed The Jungle Book, The Lion King is slated for a July 19 release in India in Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu.
