Theft at Salman Khan's sister Arpita's home in Mumbai; cash, goods worth Rs 3.25 lakh stolen

Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma’s house at Pacific Heights in Bandra West has been robbed. Arpita’s designer clothes were stolen apart from Rs 2.25 lakh worth cash. Arpita Khan Sharma and her husband Ayush Sharma were on holiday and realised that there had been a robbery at their house only on August 21 upon their return.

The police are currently looking for a maid named Aafsa, who was working at the apartment. They reported that she had been missing from July 30.

The police also stated that the theft must have happened much before Sunday, when the theft has been seen and reported. A case has been registered under the Indian Penal Code Section 381 (theft by clerk or servant of property in possession of employer).
