The upcoming directorial of Abbas-Mustan 'Machine' is making the headlines ever since the makers have announced to include Akshay Kumar's hit number from 90's in the movie.
We are talking about the popular song from 'Mohra' - 'Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast'.
'Machine' makers will be recreating the item song in the movie which was originally shot on Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon.
While the audience is eagerly waiting for this new version of the song, speculations were rife about how original stars of the song would react to this recreation.
But looks like Akki is quite comfortable with the makeover of his song.
Director Abbas asserted that the 'Rustom' actor is not just happy about the revamping of the song but will also be launching it as well.
"Akshay is aware that we are recreating the song and he is okay with it. We need his blessings. He is our 'Khiladi'. He is very happy. He said he will come and launch the song as well," Abbas was quoted saying.
The new version of the song will feature 'Machine'lead pair Mustafa and Kiara Advani burning the dance floor.
While the young actors are quite excited about this modern version of the hit song, they fell that this new song will indeed be a tribute to Akki and Raveena.
"We are yet to shoot for the song. We are very excited. The song shouldn't be compared as it's difficult to get into Akshay Kumar's shoes. It's a small tribute to them," Mustafa said.
"We would most definitely want to show the song to them. The first people whose acceptance we want is of Raveena Tandon mam and Akshay Kumar sir," Kiara said.
Notably, Mustafa will be making his big Bollywood debut with 'Machine', which is scheduled to release on March 24.
