The who’s who of Bollywood industry came out in support of the Mumbai Police at the annual Umang festival 2019, held on Sunday. Bollywood’s A listers Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, Kartik Aaryan, Shilpa Shetty, Taapsee Pannu, Parineeti Chopra, Vicky Kaushal and others arrived at the event in style, and many of them put on stunning performances.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir grabbed many eyeballs as they arrived at the event together. The couple looked stunning and made heads turn while arriving at the venue. In the photos, Alia was seen wearing a light green coloured Anarkali suit. She teamed it up with a pair of chandbalis and left her hair open with curls. Ranbir, on the other hand, looked dapper in a white shirt with a blue suit, trousers and a tie.
Ranveer Singh, who played a policeman in his last release Simmba, posed with policemen at the event. He even arrived on stage on a SUV, just like his character. He also performed to Aankh Maarey from Simmba, along with his co-star Sara Ali Khan.Amitabh Bachchan delivered a speech in honour of the police at the event.
Shah Rukh Khan, who recently starred in Zero, wore a dark suit. His Zero co-star, Katrina Kaif also performed for the gathered audience, wearing a red saree and minimal jewellery. Madhuri Dixit, Janhvi Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and other celebs also performed at the event.Â
