Nearing 200 crore club, Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam's Uri: The Surgical Strike has emerged the champion for the start of 2019. Taking on the role of an Indian army commander that led his troops into the enemy land for retaliation, the movie, despite mixed remarks all agree to Vicky’s bravado as an actor. Given the massive success in the box-office and from his fans, rising champion, Vicky Kaushal took to social media to thank his fans for how far he has come, with their support.

Taking it to Instagram, the Massan actor wrote a heartful message for his fans. And with that, he not only has won our hearts as Major Vihan Shergill, his character but also Vicky Kaushal as the person he is. It’s not just a line anymore, you all have turned it into an emotion... an emotion so strong and special, I’m going to cherish for life. Uri: The Surgical Strike which was released this January 11, is reported to have collected Rs 174.43 crore at the box office and is heading to hit a double century at the box office. Talking about the success of Uri, film critic Taran Adarsh also took to his Twitter handle to show support for the film’s nearing 200 crore club.
