Before Vicky Kaushal became a household name with movies like Sanju, Manmarziyaan or in Uri: The Surgical Strike, the 30-year-old actor had already set his mark in the Tinsel Town with Neeraj Ghaywan's masterpiece Masaan, which, moviegoers sadly at that time didn’t give much attention to. Having starred in chains of all movies, a lip-locking scene onscreen is unprecedented for almost any actors including the Uri star.
Talking about the many onscreen lip-locking experiences, Vicky also dropped the bomb regarding which actor he had his best onscreen kiss with. Opening up to a chat show about his onscreen kiss moments, he said, "It would be in Masaan, with Shweta (Tripathi). Because the scene was that these two very virgin kids are exploring that moment for the first time. There was this nervousness to that kiss," the actor revealed.
Vicky also went on to talk about the journey of his establishment in the Tinsel Town with movies like Sanju "It was somewhere between Raazi and Sanju. Or post Sanju, when people started calling me by my character or by my name. The number of people asking for selfies kept on increasing and people just randomly started spotting me. Randomly, when I'm walking, they say, 'How's the josh?' It happened gradually," he added.
The Uri star after his relish of success in Aditya Dhar's war-drama Uri: The Surgical Strike is currently shooting for an untitled horror film, a directorial debut of Bhanu Pratap Singh. He had earlier told a daily, icky says, “I am currently shooting for my first horror film. Bhanu Pratap Singh, who has been assisting Shashank Khaitan is making his directorial debut with this. It is an interesting story and I am looking forward to this one, but I am not allowed to speak much about it. I am waiting for the makers to announce the project soon.”
The horror flick will reportedly also star Bhumi Pednekar as the leading lady.
