RIP Vinod Khanna: Baahubali 2 premiere cancelled as a mark of respect, tweets Karan Johar

Sudden demise of veteran actor Vinod Khanna has left whole Bollywood shattered. The 70-year-old actor on Thursday passed away in a Mumbai hospital reportedly due to cancer. Khanna was hospitalized after he complained of "severe dehydration" and was suffering from Bladder Cancer.

Many celebrities have come up in order to mourn for the actor. People took it to Twitter and offered their prayers for the actor.

We may see, the ongoing routine of Bollywood would indeed, get affected, the much awaited release 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' couldn't save itself either.

Also the whole team of Baahubali had expressed their saddness and announced the cancellation of the premiere of the movie. The team stated "We are deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved, the legendary Vinod Khanna. The demise has come as a huge shock to all of us. As a mark of respect for our dearly departed, the premiere event of Baahubali : The Conclusion is now cancelled. -
Love and remembrance, Karan Johar, SS Rajamouli and the entire team of Baahubali."

The actor has left a mark on the industry which shall remain forever in the hearts of everyone.

"Baahubali: The Conclusion" is the sequel to 2015’s record-breaking fantasy epic directed by SS Rajamouli. It will open across India on Friday, April 28.
