The historic swearing in ceremony of Narendra Modi government that took place on May 30 was graced by the who's who of Bollywood which included South Indian icons like Rajinikanth to Bollywood celebs Kangana Ranuaut and Karan Johar. The duo are referred to in a single statement only to refer to some new controversy or nepotism dig the former made. Nevertheless the Modi government made the impossible possible bringing Karan Johar and Kangana in the same frame. Â
The picture in question features several celebs like Siddharth Roy Kapur, Abhishek Kapoor, Rajinikanth, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut. Not just Karan and Kangana are seen sharing a frame in this star-studded picture, but is appears as Karan is the on ebehind the camera and Kangana in posing coyly on it.

Karan and Kangana locked horns in several occassions before and to such extent that the later even took potshots at the actors mentored my the later like Alia. Ranbir Kapoor too couldn't excape her nepotism brunt.Â
For the uninitiated,it all started on Koffee With Karan season 5 when Karan Johar invited Kangana Ranaut to grace the couch. During the chat show, Kangana accused Karan Johar of being the flagbearer of nepotism and went on to call him the movie mafia. With her statement on Koffee With Karan, Kangana kick-started the never-ending debate of nepotism in Bollywood.Â
Since then at frequent intervals, we keep hearing quotes from either party taking a jibe at each other.Â
This is interesting considering both Kangana and Karan had been in some sort of a scuffle with each other since that episode of Koffee With Karan. Maybe, the have reconcilled and buried their differences or maybe we are just reading too much into a picture. Maybe, it is just by chance they bumped into each other and had to click a selfie together. After all, they were at the oath-taking ceremony of Narendra Modi, the decorum was to be maintained.Â
