PM Narendra Modi on Saturday met some people of Bollywood film fraternity to celebrate Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th birth anniversary and discuss the ways to spread Gandhism through the world of cinema. The event was attended was many B-Town celebrities including all Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan.
Several videos surfaced over the social media of the event and one of them which grabbed all the eyeballs was where Shah Rukh hugged Aamir which proves that PM Modi made it possible to bring Bollywood together under one roof.
Another video which has been making rounds over the internet is that of Shah Rukh Khan and PM Modi and their hilarious banter.
The short video shows SRK coming up to the stage and taking the microphone with PM Modi standing right next to him. Shah Rukh starts off thanking the prime minister for bringing so many big names from Bollywood under one roof. He then goes on to especially thank the prime minister for giving him the opportunity to hug Aamir Khan - who was also present at the event.
"Thank you, sir, for calling us here. Usually, actors don't come on time and never in one place together. But because of this film and because of you, we have got friendlier’’, Shah Rukh begins saying this.
Although, it is believed that there is some animosity between the two actors but both the celebrities have never had a real spat in public.
