Mumbai :
A businessman, who was booked for stalking and molesting veteran actress Zeenat Aman has been arrested by Mumbai’s Juhu Police on Thursday.
The actress had lodged a complaint on January 30 against the 38-year old businessman, Aman Khanna at Juhu Police Station under sections 304D(stalking) and 509(insulting modesty of a woman) and other relevant sections.
Police Official said that the actress and the accused were acquaintances but she had stopped speaking to him following a dispute. However, he kept calling the actress and even stalked her on some occasions, as per her complaint.
After several warnings to the accused, the actress finally sought the help of police and filed the complaint.
Zeenat Aman is star of several films including Yaadon Ki Baraat, Hare Rama Hare Krishna, Heera Panna, Satyam Shivam Sundaram, Insaaf ka Tarazu, Qurbani, Don and Lawaaris.
