Liam Hemsworth is believed to be building a new house for himself right next to ex-wife Miley Cyrus and new boyfriend Cody Simpson in Malibu, California. The new house will be a re-construction of the previously-burnt down house which Liam and Miley bought together when they were still together. Liam had bought the Malibu estate in late 2014 from musician Matthew Wilder for $6.8million which, interestingly, was also at a time when the now-estranged couple were on a break.
Miley herself went on to purchase a $2.5 million (USD) ranch next door, before the duo once again reunited and moved-in together at Liam’s bigger nest. Their love-nest was however, completely engulfed in flames last November following one of the deadliest wildfires in California history.
Following their messy divorce, Liam has reportedly returned to build a home for himself under a permit which he and Miley herself obtained in July.
Now that Liam and Miley’s marriage has blown up to flames much like their old house, the actor is said to be re-building his neighbouring mansion alone, while also reportedly searching for a home in Australia so he can live closer to brother Chris Hemsworth.
As for who will be moving in together with the handsome Australian hunk, the actor is rumoured to be dating Maddison Brown after they were spotted sharing an intimate session on a casual night out in New York.
Miley and Cody’s relationship also looks more cemented than ever with even Cody's mother Angie flying to Los Angeles to spend time with her son and Miley.
'Cody and Alli [sister] worked on a few branding campaigns in the USA with Miley's sister Noah... we hit it off back then and have been friends ever since,' Cody’s mother told New Idea.
