Pete Davidson says he was not sure if Ariana Grande will say 'yes' to his proposal and the comic-actor jokes the singer is "blind" in accepting him as her fiance. The "SNL" star said he proposed to Grande when they were spending a night-in at their Chelsea apartment.
"I didn't want to do something corny. We were in bed hanging, after watching a movie. I was like, 'Will you marry me?' It was really dope," Davidson told Variety.

"I'm still convinced she's blind or hit her head really hard," he quipped.
"Something is going to happen, and she's going to be like, 'What the f*ck is this thing doing around?' For right now, it's rocking," he added.
Davidson met Grande on the set of "SNL" when she hosted in March 2016.
"I was obviously ogling and trying not to be creepy," he said.

But they only started seeing each other last May.
"We didn't know another person could feel or treat a person like that," he said.
The couple went public with their engagement in June.
