Marvel honcho Kevin Feige did talk to Keanu Reeves about a superhero movie after all. After reports that Reeves might make his first debut in a superhero movie with ‘The Eternals’, new development has it that the Russo Brothers is in talks with Reeves for a superhero movie. Calling it a ‘formative stage’, the brothers on Netflix’s superhero movie, 'Past Midnight', set to feature Reeves in the lead role said, ‘’Past Midnight’s still in a very formative stage. So it’s probably not best to talk about it yet, but it is a fascinating script’’.

Talks that Marvel may cast the Matrix star in one of their superhero movie has been on the road for some time now. Back in June, Marvel Entertainment Chief Creative Officer Kevin Feige confirmed that Reeves is being considered for every Marvel film while calling Reeves a ‘breathtaking’ actor.

‘’We talk to him for almost every film we make. We talk to Keanu Reeves about… I don’t know when, if, or ever he’ll join the MCU, but we very much want to figure out the right way to do it’’ Feige told Comicbook.
