Dimple Kapadia goes Hollywood and not just any Hollywood but Christopher Nolan’s world! Director of some of the best movies of modern times, Christopher Nolan’s movies such as The Dark Knight, Interstellar, Inception among many other stands as a living testimony of his ingenuity in movie making. To hence work with the tip-top director is a dream one can only dream of and actress Dimple Kapadia much to the envy of many, turned many others dream into a reality by bagging a role in Nolan’s ‘Tenet’.

Following the news, floodgates of congratulations came flooding in for the veteran actress wishing her the best for the remarkable endeavour for ‘Tenet’. Talking about her role in Nolan’s movie, Dimple’s talent manager Purvi Lavingia Vats opened up to how the actress bagged a role. Adding that Dimple’s role is is the result of several discussions over the past one-and-a-half months, manager Purvi Lavingia Vats told Mid Day;

"With someone like Nolan, who is secretive about his scripts, the brief provides little information on the role. For the audition, they don't give you a scene from the script. They had already seen her footage and had loved her work. When they saw her audition tape, Nolan and the casting director came around, and the rest is history."

While also adding that this is the first time Dimple had to audition for a role Vats added, ”Dimple has never auditioned before. So I had to sit her down and make her understand that the idea of casting people, basis their taped auditions, is to understand if they fit the part. But they are respectful when someone is reluctant and are willing to watch tapes of their previous work."

Dimple Kapadia who was last seen in the 2015 film Welcome Back will now appear in Nolan’s Tenet alongside Robert Pattinson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Oscars award winner, Michael Caine.
