Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman has returned once again to save the world from another possible war. Opening with an upbeat 1980’s music and Diana pining for Pine until he eventually shows up, Wonder Woman 1984 follows Gal Gadot's superhero into a new territory and she comes into conflict with the Soviet Union during the Cold War and battles a new enemy called The Cheetah.

Wonder Woman 1984 marks the ninth entry in the DC Extended Universe, after Zachary Levi’s Shazam and Jason Momoa’s Aquaman.
Pumped up for her role Gadot wrote on Twitter, "Last night's rehearsal, watching the full trailer I realized - It's happening!!!"
Chris Pine returns once again as Steve Trevor while other new additions include Kristen Wiig who will be playing Barbara Ann Minerva, aka The Cheetah who is described as a British archaeologist who becomes the host of a Cheetah goddess after locating the lost city of Urzkartaga and Pedro Pascal as Maxwell Lord.
Directed by Patty Jerkins once again, Wonder Woman 1984 opens in the big screen on June 5, 2020, in the US and the UK, and June 4 in Australia.
