Game of Thrones fans will know the struggle of a wait for one of their most awaited TV shows ever-Game of Thrones season 8. While we sit all-etched impatiently for April as HBO had earlier announced as its released date, the premium cable and satellite television network last week released first footage of the final scene. The scene shows that there is no stopping for the Dragon mother. The short footage that had clips from other big shows like Big Little Lies features Daenerys Targaryen setting foot on Winterfell soil for the first time, approaching with her sworn fealty, Jorah Mormont. The brand-new bits by HBO shows Daenerys Targaryen as she enters Winterfell with Jon Snow. She is greeted by Sansa Stark at the gates who tells her, “Winterfell is yours, your grace”, albeit a bit grudgingly. While Daenerys gives her an approving look, Jon doesn’t look too sure about what will follow. Also, joining them for the scene is Brienne of Tarth and Ser Jorah Mormont. Another bit from the trailer also shows the Night King riding zombie Viserion.

Brienne of Tarth is also seen behind Sansa as she hands over the Northern stronghold to Daenerys. The short footage also shows one of her dragons. Season 7 ended with the nefarious undead villain The Night King managing to both kill and resurrect Daenerys' dragon Viserion, which he had also used to destroy The Wall at Eastwatch. Plus, the romance of Daenerys and Jon not knowing that either of them is related. We have, hence, all the reasons and unanswered questions to anticipate the final season.
