Veteran actor Harrison Ford is as excited about returning to “Indiana Jones” as his fans.
The 73-year-old actor said he was “looking forward” to working on the fifth installment of the film with Steven Spielberg, reported Digital Spy.
“I’ll be ready. I’m excited about it. Steven Spielberg (had) this chance to revisit this character which has brought pleasure to so many people...Not to mention me,” Ford said.
“It’s great fun to work with this character. It’s great fun to work with Steven. I’m looking forward to it,” he added.
The new instalment will be written by “Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” writer.
Indy was introduced to audiences in 1981’s classic “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” and returned in sequels “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom” (1984) and “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” (1989).
