Following the controversies and allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Hollywood actresses against Harvey Weinstein, producer Adam Fields is latest to join the list of influential Hollywood men who have been accused of sexual harassment.

Three women have alleged that Fields touched them inappropriately while he served at Relativity Media from 2010 to 2016, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The charges also include sexual proposition and subject to lewd behaviour.

Leslie Dixon, a screenwriter-producer, accused Fields of "unsolicited touching" and making an inappropriate comment about a sex toy while on the set of Bradley Cooper-starrer film "Limitless" in 2010.

"It all happened. My agent was brave. But no one inside Relativity wanted to be the one to call Ryan Kavanaugh (former Relativity CEO). So Adam wasn't entirely banned from the set," said Dixon.

Melissa Philipian, who worked at Relatively, claims that Fields promised her promotion in return for sexual favours.

"At first, he wasn't so overt with it. And then, it was a couple of weeks before I left, he came to me and basically told me if I went to his house and had sex with him, I could be moved up high at Relativity. I told him I was not interested," she said.

Another woman accused Fields of making "unwanted physical contact".

"It was unwelcome and invaded my personal space, and it made me feel very uncomfortable, particularly because he was my superior," she was quoted as saying in the report.

Fields has denied the accusations against him through his lawyer Dale Kinsella.

Kinsella said the harassment stories in the press are a result of the lawsuit that Fields has filed against Kavanaugh for fraud.

"Mr Fields categorically denies all the allegations. This is an obvious attempt by some at Relativity to intimidate Mr Fields and destroy his reputation.

"It seems hardly coincidental that these stories from unnamed sources are surfacing in the press just now, a few days after Mr Fields concluded presenting evidence in an arbitration in which he seeks millions of dollars in damages against Relativity and Ryan Kavanaugh for fraud and breach of contract," Kinsella said in a statement.
