Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's divorce might not be finalised with a court telling the former couple that the case will be dismissed if the necessary documents are not filed.
The Superior Court of Los Angeles County has issued a notice to Garner, 46, and Affleck, 45, a notice outlining the necessary steps for their divorce to be finalised, according to court papers obtained by The Blast.
The two, who share three children, had announced their split in 2015 after 10 years of marriage and officially filed for divorce in 2017.

According to People magazine, the former couple is in no rush for a divorce as they navigate the best path for them and their kids, daughters Violet, 12, and Seraphina, nine, and son Samuel, six.
"There is no rush here," the source said.

"They continue to figure out ways of working together as a family and this is what works for them. They are doing what's best for their family," it added.
The two actors have co-parented their children successfully and amicably since their split.
