Los Angeles:
Oscar-winner John Legend will perform at a fundraiser during US President Barack Obama’s fundraising reception in Hancock Park, LA on February 11.
Obama also will attend a discussion and dinner that evening, reported Variety. Tickets start at USD 1,000 per person, and rise to USD 33,400 per couple.
The money will go to the Democratic Hope Fund, a joint fundraising committee. The first USD 2,500 will go towards retiring Obama’s 2012 campaign debt, and the remainder to the Democratic National Committee.
Those who buy tickets at the USD 33,400 level will also get to attend a meet and greet with Obama, a photo reception and VIP seating.
