Kim Kardashian has bared all in a new teaser of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians', as she wanted to do this before getting pregnant with the second child.
The American reality star said that if she got pregnant again then her body will transform and that's why she decided to do this naked photoshoot, the Mirror reported.
The actual scene in that episode was that she turns nude in front of camera telling her sisters Kendall Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian that she just had sex with her rapper husband Kanye West before they arrived.
