Before you go about rolling your eyes on Kirsten Dunst for calling kiss with Brad Pitt, ‘gross’, the Spider-man actor has valid and legitimate points as to why. For the unadulterated, Brad and Kirsten starred in the 1994 movie,’ Interview with a Vampire’ where they lip-locked in one scene which Brad then was 30 and Kirsten just 11. Speaking to ET on the red carpet this week, Kirsten, when shown footage of her reaction to the kiss from 1994 movie still holds on to the statement that the kiss was ‘gross’.

‘Yeah, it was gross! I stand by that. It would have been so much creepier if an 11-year-old was like, “It was great”. You’d be like, “There’s something wrong with this child’’ Kirsten said noting the vast age gap.

“They were so sweet to me,” she continued of her costars, Pitt and a then-32-year-old Tom Cruise. “I mean, listen, that production, that film, was like nothing else I’ve ever experienced — maybe Marie Antoinette, because of where we shot. Other than that, they just don’t make movies like that anymore’’ Kirsten added.

Appearing on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert last week, Kirsten, when asked by Colbert about how big of a deal it was for an 11 year old to star alongside two of now Hollywood’s most celebrated said,

“I did, but I was also very innocent,” Dunst said of starring with the heartthrobs. “I feel like I watched Brad in A River Runs Through and Tom was in Far and Away, which I loved. They treated me like a little sister.”

The Spider-Man actor was nominated for best actress at the Golden Globe for her role as Claudia is all set for the premiere of ‘On Becoming a God In Central Florida'.
