Academy Award winner Emma Stone got engaged to her longtime beau Dave McCary. Dave works as a segment director of the American television show Saturday Night Live (SNL).To announce this good news, Dave shared an adorable pic on Instagram, in which Emma is seen flaunting the engagement ring.
Since then industry friends, fans and all their near and dear ones having been showering this couple with congratulatory messages Emma Stone and Dave McCary met each other in the sets of the the later’ show SNL and since then they have been dating each othe. But the two have remained tight-lipped about their lovey-dovey affair.
Before getting into a relationship with Dave McCary, Emma was dating Andrew Garfield. The duo date dated for almost four years and part ways in 2015.
In an interview to Elle Magazine in August 2018 Emma Stone had opened up about her changing interest in marriage and motherhood, reports E! News. She was quoted as saying, “My perspective about kids has changed as I’ve gotten older.I never babysat or anything. As a teenager, I was like, I’m never getting married, I’m never having kids. And then I got older and I was like, I really want to get married, I really want to have kids.”
Emma and Dave haven’t mentioned anything about their wedding date. tarted her career in 2004 when she was 15. Stone has done remarkable roles in her acting career. The New Partridge Family was her first acting gig for TV, while she did her first movie Superbad in 2007. It was 2009 when Stone did three movies in a year. She was also featured in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World in 2009.
Emma received the BAFTA and Golden Globe Award for Best Actress that year along with the Academy Award For her movie La La Land opposite Ryan Gosling.
