Netflix’s new crime series is reported to be about Ted Bundy, one of the most notorious serial killers of the 20th century. According to reports, the infamous serial killer known for his good looks and dangerous, enticing trait will see Zac Efron as his avatar. Crime fanatics can now indulge in a real-life documentary series as Netflix's document will consist of real conversations with the serial killer himself from the tape, Conversations With a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes.
The crime series will consist of four-part series by Emmy winner Joe Berlinger, centred around Bundy's heinous acts of brutal murder and mutilation of over 30 women in the 1970s. The documents will also consist of the unearthed interviews taken after Ted was arrested, awaiting his execution in a Florida prison.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the date is exactly 30 years after Bundy was executed for the 1978 murder of Kimberly Leach. The series is inspired by a book of the same name by journalists Stephen G Michaud and Hugh Aynesworth.
The show derives from more than 100 hours of recordings Michaud and Aynesworth made of Bundy while he was on death row, giving a rare perspective of the killer analysing his own life and motives.

As per reports, the Bundy series will be titled Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile and will premiere on January 24 next year.
