New York Fashion Week may be an a typical venue for one of 2018’s most epic rap feuds, but on Friday night, during Harper’s Bazaar Icon party, photos and video of a physical altercation between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj's party circulated the web at warp speed. The rappers were involved in a scuffle on Friday night at a New York fashion week party, leaving Cardi B with a mark on her head.
Since forever, Cardi and Nicki have pumped up rumors of their alleged beef  through shady interviews and disses But all of this was restricted to a cold war.Â
In one of several videos posted to Twitter, Cardi B, wearing a red dress, can be seen lunging towards Minaj before throwing a shoe at the rapper as their security teams rush to break it up. Watch video:

Cardi B was later photographed with a large bruise above her right eye and a bump on her forehead as she left the party. The back of her dress was also torn. She was barefoot. The bump on her forehead was the result of an elbow from one of Minaj’s security guards.
Minaj, who was unharmed in the encounter, was quickly escorted downstairs by her security team.
Cardi B later wrote about the scuffle on Instagram, “I’ve worked too hard and come too far to let anybody f*** with my success!â€Â
Minaj, who recently released her fourth album Queen, later shared pictures of herself posing in a tiger print ball gown.
Cardi and Minaj have been rap rivals since Cardi B began achieving huge success over the last year.
