Priyanka Chopra didn't meet Meghan Markle and baby Archie, here's what she tweeted

Recently, there were reports suggesting that Priyanka Chopra met Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle and her son Archie. It also added that she gifted baby Archie a sterling silver bubble blower from Tiffany. However, the actress has denied all the reports. She shared a link of an article and wrote on Twitter, ''While these are great gift ideas... this story is untrue, and I was actually in town for work. I hope whoever this "source" is starts checking their facts more often."

In May, Priyanka Chopra had congratulated Meghan Markle and Prince Harry after they announced the birth of their son. She added a congratulatory message and a heart emoji and shared it on her Instagram page. The rumours about a feud between Meghan and Priyanka started doing rounds when Priyanka did not attend Meghan's baby shower, following Meghan's absence at her wedding.

However, earlier this year, Priyanka laughed off rumours of a feud, saying on an international chat show, "Oh my God, no it's not true," reported Elle.The two have been friends since 2016 when they both starred in hit American TV shows Quantico and Suits, respectively.

Priyanka also attended Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's wedding at Windsor Castle at the United Kingdom in May last year. On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will be next seen in The Sky Is Pink with director Shonali Bose while she has also signed up for a project with Mindy Kaling.
