Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds has the possible solution to revive Spider Man back to the big screens after reports that the web-spinning hero is exiting MCU. His answer came after a grieving fan asked for help following reports that the beloved, neighbourhood Spider-Man will no longer be part of MCU after Sony and Disney failed to come to a deal over money.
According to Deadline’s sources, Disney reportedly asked that future Spider-Man films be 50 / 50 coproductions between Disney and Sony, instead of the current deal, which is said to give Marvel five percent of gross box-office revenue which Sony disagreed.
Following this disagreement, Disney pulled out Marvel head Kevin Feige from producing future Spider-Man movies. Hit hard at the thought of Spider-man exiting the universe that even led to a ‘Save Spider-man’ petition, a fan asking for help tagging Tom Holland and the Deadpool star.
"Can we get a Spiderman & Deadpool movie now," the crushed fan tweeted to which Ryan responded "You can. But you can only see it in my heart."
As of now, the talks about future Spider-man seems unsure, Spider-Man stans will still see the superhero on the big screen. According to Deadline, there are two movies in the works that will feature Holland in the red, spidey suit.
