Christopher Nolan's next film is slowly coming into view and it is a mystery! With no titles, no casting, no details, we are wondering waht the filmmaker is brewing behind his movie-making ingenuity. The director of some of Hollywood’s greatest hits like The Dark Knight, Inception, Interstellar among others, the filmmaker was last seen in the 2017 World War II movie, Dunkirk which won him three Academy Awards and earned the filmmaker his first best director Oscar nomination.

According to Variety, Warner Bros. announced Friday that Nolan's next film would open in IMAX on July 17, 2020. The project has been described as an "event film", although any other specifics including title, plot, and cast were not revealed. Coincidental as it sounds, Nolan’s big hit has always been a July release. We have seen the 2008's The Dark Knight, 2010's Inception, 2012's The Dark Knight Rises as all a July release, which at the same time have all been a box office hit. So, we are certain his project which is slated for a July release won’t be a disappointment. Apart from Nolan’s next film for 2010, other awaited films for July 20120 are Paramount's SpongeBob Movie and Fox's Bob's Burgers. Disney's Jungle Cruise, starring Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt, opens up a week later on July 24, 2020.
