"Fast & Furious" star Vin Diesel's former business partner is suing him for breach of contract.
The 48-year-old actor established his production company One Race Films in 1995 and put his business partner George Zakk in charge of running it.
According to their deal, Zakk was supposed to receive more than USD 250,000 and at least a producer credit for each film made by the company, reported TMZ.
Zakk stopped running One Race Films in 2007, but is convinced their deal is still in place, so he should receive his fee and a credit for Diesel’s upcoming movie “xXx: The Return of Xander Cage”, which is set for release next year.
He is suing for breach of contract to make sure he gets his money.
