Wakanda forever! King T-Challa as the Black Panther will be back on the big screen in 2022. Yes, you read it right. Marvel Studios has announced that a sequel to its billion-dollar blockbuster that got a nomination for Best Movie at the Oscars, 'Black Panther' will hit the cinema screens on May 6, 2022.

Ryan Coogler, who helmed the first movie, is returning for the second chapter in the Chadwick Boseman-fronted superhero saga as the writer-director.
It was in 2018 that Marvel introduced Black Panther to fans, and ever since they cannot get enough of the majestic world of Wakanda.

'Black Panther' was Marvel's first movie with all-black cast. Besides Boseman, the film also featured Michael B.
The film garnered USD 1.34 billion at the box office and received much critical acclaim.
"Black Panther" was also the first Marvel superhero movie to be nominated for the best picture Academy Award and to win the best original score Oscar.
