Marvel studious may have revealed the age of ‘old’ Captain America in Avengers: Endgame. Bestowed with superpowers such as agility, strength, speed, endurance and of course never-aging despite being asleep for 70 years in the First Avenger, we saw Rogers getting old after he decides to go back to the past to live with the love of his life Peggy Carter.

Jen Underdahl, who worked as a visual effects producer on Marvel Cinematic Universe's "Avengers: Endgame", discussed the visual ageing process and may have revealed the age of the character.

"In the case of Captain America, what would a super-soldier look like if he aged 106 years? What would his skin look like? So we did some development with that," Underdahl told Wired.

It however remains uncertain whether she meant 106 as Captain America's real-time age, or 106 years older than when he went back in time.

Asking the unanswered question about how Steve Rogers returned an old man a fan asked the Endgame directors to explain the situation in a Reditt AMA , "Banner said that when you go back in time you make a separate time line, so it doesn't effect the past, but if Captain America was in a different time line when he returned the stones, how did he back to the main time line without the use of the quantum suits"

To which they responded:

"You are correct in that he would have had to have worn the quantum suit, using a pym particle to make the jump. He's not wearing the suit on the bench, because that is not the exact moment to which he returned."
